About UCLA Medical Group: UCLA Medical Group is a component of the UCLA Health System and is primarily composed of faculty physicians of the David Geffen School of Medicine at UCLA. Organized in 1987, with over 1000 physicians and 72 ambulatory practice sites, the medical group is committed to quality and service. The UCLA Medical Group provides services to health plan members in most major commercial HMO and Medicare Advantage plans, as well as patients enrolled in PPO, Medicare, state-sponsored and indemnity insurance plans, and patients seen by referral.
