The Integrated Healthcare Association (IHA) is pleased to provide the CALINX Rx Verify software free of charge to assist users of the CALINX Pharmacy Data Standard. The tool was funded by the California HealthCare Foundation (CHCF) and  developed and tested by a professional software firm. The software will verify input files conform to the specification and provide basic conversion functionality.

To ensure that users are alerted to software updates, IHA requires that users provide their contact information. Your contact information will not be shared with anyone outside of IHA and will only be used to support improvement efforts of the CALINX Rx Verify software. We might send you a survey to evaluate the software and provide feedback that will allow us to make functional improvements. Your feedback is vital to the improvement efforts of the CALINX Rx Verify software.

Technical Support

A toolkit is provided as a separate download. The toolkit has detailed instructions on how to use the software and should be your first source of guidance. Also refer to the list of CALINX Rx Verify Software Frequently Asked Questions.

Users should report any bugs or problems they have using the software and we will attempt to follow up with you as time permits; however, we will not be able to troubleshoot each individual problem. If you find any problems with the software (technical issues or suggestions for improvements) send your comments to RxVerifyTool@sujansky.com. Please include the following with your description of the issue:

• Machine hardware (CPU speed and RAM);
• Operating system used;
• Description of the error and error message received (if there was one); and
• Any relevant description of the data file you were working with; for example, any known errors in the data.
