Cathleen Enriquez is Program Manager for the California Pay for Performance (P4P) Program.  Her primary responsibilities are to ensure that the P4P program related to quality measurement functions smoothly, decisions are documented, and that stakeholders are kept informed. She also provides support for the P4P committees and plays a key role in supporting the transition to Performance Based Contracting.

Prior to IHA, Ms. Enriquez worked on continuous improvement initiatives in the pharmaceutical industry and hospital settings.  Her professional experience includes over ten years supporting programs in translational research, pediatric and adult medicine, and underserved communities. 

Ms. Enriquez has earned degrees from the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA) and Dartmouth College.
