Dan Cummins is Program Manager for IHA's federal grant-funded Episode Payment Pilot. His primary responsibilities include supporting project workgroups and developing proposals and supporting materials for workgroup deliberations on a wide variety of issues. He also independently manages specific aspects of the project and analyzes data strategy to support pilot expansion. 

Mr. Cummins comes to IHA from Infosys and PwC Consulting, where he served more than 5 years advising fortune 500 health industry clients. He has led multimillion-dollar consulting engagements for payer, provider, and life sciences clients across the globe. Project focus includes strategic business planning work for life sciences companies, merger integration support in the provider realm, financial benchmarking for academic medical centers, and business process improvement and compliance work for large payers. He began his career focusing on clinical quality enhancement programs with the Pittsburgh Regional Healthcare Initiative.

Mr. Cummins received his Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Biochemistry from Colby College.
