Financial transparency reports show the incentive payments made by each health plan participating in Pay for Performance, and specify the payment methodology, adoption of the IHA uniform measurement set, other incentive measures and use of the aggregated dataset. Health plans also give advanced notice of their intentions for payment methodology and budget for the upcoming measurement year. Transparency reports for past years may be downloaded from the Related Resources section on the right.
