In her role as Communications Analyst, Jennifer Kellar provides support to the communications director; organizes IHA conferences and events; and manages the association's web site, external communications, and social media strategy. Before moving into her current role, she provided support to IHA's executive director.

Jen has a strong background in association operations, with nearly ten years of experience in administration, marketing, and communications. Prior to joining IHA, she worked for the Uniform & Textile Service Association, a Washington, DC-based international trade association representing industrial laundry companies, where her primary responsibilities included providing executive support to the CEO and Board of Directors; managing the organization's conferences and conventions; developing marketing materials; and writing and editing member communications. Previously, she worked for Pacific Gas & Electric Company's Learning Services Department as a contract technical writer and administrative assistant.

Jen holds a B.A. in English from the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA) and is currently pursuing her MBA at St. Mary's College of California.
