Jennifer Kellar
Executive Assistant / Communications Coordinator
Jennifer Kellar joined IHA in 2009 as executive assistant, providing support to the executive director and communications director. Her responsibilities include coordination of IHA Board and Executive Committee meetings and materials, management of specific IHA summits and events, and other administrative support. Additionally, she serves in a communications role supporting various marketing projects for the IHA website and email campaigns. She has a strong background in association operations, with nearly ten years of experience in administration, marketing, and communications.
Ms. Kellar came to IHA from the Uniform & Textile Service Association, a Washington, DC-based international trade association representing industrial laundry companies. She was primarily responsible for providing executive support to the CEO and Board of Directors, managing the organization's conferences and conventions, developing marketing materials, and writing and editing member communications.
Previously, she worked for Pacific Gas & Electric Company's Learning Services Department as a contract technical writer and administrative assistant.
Ms. Kellar received her Bachelor of Arts in English from the University of California, Los Angeles.
