Jett Stansbury is director of new program development for the Integrated Healthcare Association. Her primary responsibilities include overseeing the federal grant-funded Bundled Episode Payment and Gainsharing Demonstration, and providing strategic direction, executive sponsorship, and management for new projects, programs, and initiatives.
Jett came to IHA from Alameda Alliance for Health, a not-for-profit Medi-Cal managed care health plan, where she served as Senior Director, Strategic Planning and Government Relations. During her six-year tenure with the Alliance, she also worked as the health plan's compliance officer, and completed a six-month temporary assignment as Interim Executive Director for Local Health Plans of California, a statewide association of Medi-Cal managed care health plans.
Jett has extensive experience in health plan network management and provider relations, serving in multiple capacities at Aetna, Health Net, Maxicare, and other organizations for over twenty years. She also has a strong background in management and business development, including strategic planning and operations.
Jett received her B.S. in Nutrition Sciences with a minor in Journalism from Michigan State University. She is certified in Healthcare Compliance (CHC).
