presented two sets of performance awards to physician groups in California
at its annual Pay for Performance (P4P) Stakeholders Meeting yesterday...
Top Overall Performing Physician Organizations
The Integrated Healthcare Association and its stakeholder partners recognize
the following 47 Physician Organizations for overall performance in the top
20 percent for Measurement Year 2006, based on Pay for Performance measures
of Clinical Quality, Patient Experience, and Information Technology
Adoption. These groups were selected by looking at the scores in each of
the three domains, which were then weighted according to the payment
weightings: Clinical Quality - 50%, Patient Experience - 30%, and
Information Technology Adoption - 20%. These scores were added, and then the
top 20% were selected as overall top performers.
Honorable Mention: Clinical Quality
The Integrated Healthcare Association and its stakeholder partners recognize
the following 47 Physician Organizations that performed in the top 20
percent in the Pay for Performance Clinical Quality Domain for Measurement
Year 2006.
Honorable Mention: Patient Experience
The Integrated Healthcare Association and its stakeholder partners recognize
the following 50 Physician Organizations that performed in the top 20
percent in the Pay for Performance Patient Experience Domain for Measurement
Year 2006. Honorable Mention: Information Technology
The Integrated Healthcare Association and its stakeholder partners recognize
the following 119 Physician Organizations who earned full credit for
Information Technology Adoption for Measurement Year 2006.

his
dedication to quality improvement, the Integrated Healthcare Association and
its stakeholder partners recognize the following Physician Organizations for

2005 to Measurement Year 2006, based on Pay for Performance measures of
