This notice describes our information privacy practices. 

We appreciate the importance of protecting you from unauthorized use of information you provided in the course of using our web site.   We will not give away, sell or otherwise disclose any information that personally identifies you, except for the limited disclosures described in this notice. 

We do not collect personal information about you unless you request updates from us.  To register for updates, we collect the following information:  your first and last name, your email address, the name of your company and your title, and the topics that are of interest to you. 

We may share your information with our service providers to ensure the proper operation of our systems, and we may disclose your personal information to law enforcement personnel to assist in the investigation of suspected misuse of our systems.  We may also share your personal information if we are compelled to do so by law.  Under no circumstances will we disclose your personal information to third parties for direct marketing purposes. 

We will use your email address to send you emails related to the topics you have selected.  You can opt out of receiving emails by accessing the Unsubscribe feature.

We may offer optional surveys or questionnaires to our users as a means of collecting information or assessing users’ opinions, interests and needs.  The survey will contain an explanation of its purpose and use.

We use IP addresses to analyze trends, administer the site and gather broad demographic information for aggregate use.  IP addresses are not linked to personally identifiable information.

We have no intention of accepting any information from individuals under the age of 18. If you are not yet 18 years of age, please leave this site immediately.

This policy describes the information practices of Integrated Healthcare Association in connection with this web site.
