Angela Kline is Senior Project Manager for IHA initiatives related to geographic variation of healthcare, clinical practice transformation and healthcare integration. She provides project management support for evaluation design, data collection, analysis, reporting, and dissemination.
Prior to joining IHA in 2015, Angela worked for United Way of the Bay Area where she researched policy solutions to pressing healthcare challenges affecting impoverished Bay Area residents. She has conducted policy and financial analysis and researched payment system reforms with the intention of extracting more value from healthcare dollars. Her interest in Public Health and Project Management was cultivated by her 2-year stint as a Peace Corps Volunteer in the Republic of Moldova, where she co-founded and co-directed a rehabilitation center for children living with disabilities.
Angela holds a Master’s Degree in Public Health from the University of California, Berkeley and a Bachelor’s Degree from the University of California, Irvine.
