Ginamarie Gianandrea is a Project Manager for IHA’s Performance Measurement Collaborative, which, through its Align. Measure. Perform. (AMP) and Atlas programs, brings industry stakeholders together to agree on standardized healthcare performance measures, data collection and aggregation, and reporting processes to transform how providers, payers, and purchasers deliver, evaluate, and pay for care. In this role, she engages with a wide range of organizations to champion their interests while supporting IHA’s stakeholder activities, engagement, outreach and management. Prior to this role, Ginamarie was a Senior Program Coordinator at IHA, where she oversaw program operations, performance measurement activities, and communications for IHA's AMP programs.
Prior to joining IHA, Ginamarie was a Project Coordinator with the California Joint Replacement Registry at the Pacific Business Group on Health, supporting program operations, communications, and public reporting of patient reported outcomes.
Ginamarie received a Bachelor of Arts with honors in Women and Gender Studies with minors in Critical Race Studies and Conflict Resolution from San Francisco State University.
