Jen Kellar oversees IHA's finance and human resources functions, organizes IHA conferences, and manages the association's external communications/publications and information technology/telecommunications systems.
Jen has a strong background in association operations, with over ten years of experience in administration, marketing, and communications. Prior to joining IHA, she worked for the Uniform & Textile Service Association, a Washington, DC-based international trade association, where her primary responsibilities included managing the organization's conferences and conventions; developing marketing materials; and writing and editing member communications. Previously, she worked for Pacific Gas & Electric Company's Learning Services Department.
Jen earned her MBA from St. Mary's College of California and holds a B.A. in English from the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA).
