Sarah Lally is a Senior Project Manager responsible for managing strategy, project plans, regulatory work and deliverables for IHA’s Symphony Provider Directory. The Symphony Provider Directory goal is to ensure that all provider organizations, health plans, and other industry stakeholders in California have access to accurate, on demand, and complete provider directory data. Prior to joining the Symphony team, Sarah managed policy work for several other IHA initiatives related to California’s safety net, maternity care, and payment reform.
Prior to joining IHA, Sarah worked at the Royal College of Physicians of London on a lung cancer quality improvement project focused on sharing best practice techniques in diagnosing, treating, and supporting patients with lung cancer in order to improve standards of care and patient outcomes throughout England.
Sarah earned a Master of Science in Public Service Policy and Management from King’s College London and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Villanova University.
