Thien Nguyen is a Project Manager for the Align. Measure. Perform. (AMP) programs. Thien oversees data collection and is responsible for analyzing program results, distilling highlights, and developing materials and recommendations for the AMP programs. She also supports awards and incentive methodology and is the internal lead for the Technical Payment Committee.
Prior to joining IHA, Ms. Nguyen spent nearly three years working as a Project Manager for Boston University's School of Public Health (BUSPH), supporting the implementation of NIH funded research projects and coordinating the activities of collaborators from BUSPH including the Massachusetts Department of Public Health, the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, and the National Institute of Child Health and Human Development. Thien also oversaw and supervised a variety of activities within BUSPH including writing study progress reports, preparing and releasing results for research articles and presentations, and setting and reviewing agendas, goals, and deadlines for projects by BUSPH and its stakeholders.
Thien received a Master's Degree in Public Health from Boston University with a focus on Community Health Sciences and received a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Indiana University.
