Core job duties and responsibilities:

• Overall responsibility for strategy and execution of the program including P&L management and optimization leveraging program fees from clients and cost efficiencies.
• Manage and oversee day-to-day operations of the Symphony program, which currently includes a state-wide platform for provider data exchange between 15 health plans and over 100 provider organizations.
• Manage Symphony staff, assign performance goals and assure their completion.
• Manage and improve client satisfaction KPIs.
• Build a consensus among stakeholders to expand and enhance programs offerings in the provider directory data or similar fields.
• Partner with external vendors to deliver Symphony products and services effectively to clients.
• Collaborate and develop relationships with cross-functional leadership.
• Implement and maintain budgetary and resource allocation plans.
• Maintain an on-going focus on business development opportunities within the provider data landscape inclusive of both private and California state sponsored opportunities.
• Leverage IHA’s California reputation to national policy influence and client participants outside of California, including CMS, AHIP, state-sponsored provider directories and others.

Qualifications:

• Advanced degree preferred – MBA, MPH.
• Direct experience in managing collaborative plan and provider programs with a significant technology and product component.
• Proven track record of effective client management including people skills, processes and technology.
• Direct user experience with analytics, reporting, benchmarking, and performance related products.
• Report and product development familiarity, ideally through work experience with a healthcare analytics organization or company.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and communicate with people all at levels of the organization.
• Ability to inspire and develop team members and create a great work environment where individuals can learn and grow.
• Understanding of budgets and business-planning.
