Advancing Depression Care Effectiveness in AMP through Patient Reported Outcome Measurement

The growing number of accountable care organizations (ACOs) and integrated delivery systems in California presents an opportunity to advance care redesign and collection of high value, innovative measures, such as patient reported outcomes measures (PROMs). Hear from a panel of provider organizations who have successfully implemented depression screening and care management for their populations, and how leveraging best practices will help advance patient reported outcomes measurement throughout the state.

As California’s centralized platform for provider data, the Symphony Provider Directory streamlines the way health plans and providers share, validate and reconcile provider information in compliance with state and federal requirements. Join this session to hear insights from the first year of our roll-out, hear what’s on the roadmap for 2020, and learn how we’re improving the information that consumers ultimately use to make decisions about coverage and care.

Industry and IHA AMP Efforts to Accelerate Encounter Data Improvement

Faulty encounter data drags down organizational performance results and puts millions at risk in health plan transfer payments and value based contracts. As part of a statewide, multi pronged approach to addressing challenges with encounter data, IHA is expanding encounter data measurement across the AMP programs. Come learn how these efforts complement broader industry efforts in California.
