We enjoyed connecting with clients, partners, and industry leaders at the America’s Physician Group (AGP) Spring Conference, and we’re grateful to everyone who stopped by our booth or attended our breakout session.
From engaging conversations to hands-on demos, here are a few highlights from the conference:
Symphony Provider Directory: Strong connections and streamlined innovation
We had great conversations with our clients about Symphony’s strides over the past year in simplifying provider data verification. The centralized platform is making it easier for providers to manage and verify health plan directory information, reducing repetitive work and improving data quality and accuracy.
It was wonderful to share the booth with Symphony’s exclusive data partner, Availity, who is helping us bring new efficiencies to provider data verification.

Performance measurement programs: New tools and insights
We were proud to give many clients an early look at our new Align. Measure. Perform. (AMP) Provider Organization Stars Report. The report is a powerful interactive tool designed to give provider organizations deeper insight into their AMP star ratings. It consolidates key measures of clinical quality, cost of care, and peer comparisons into one easy-to-use platform. Intuitive visuals and drill-down capabilities equip leaders with valuable insights for strategic decision-making. The new report will be available on May 28.
Our valued performance measurement program data partner, Cozeva, joined us in the Exhibit Fair booth. Cozeva’s unified, multi-payer platform facilitates robust performance insights and sophisticated analytic capabilities that support continuous performance improvement.

Breakout session: The evolution of at-risk payment models in California
A conference highlight was the breakout session, How Physician Organizations in At-Risk Payment Models with Payers Achieve Superior Performance. President and CEO Jeff Rideout, M.D., and General Manager of Performance Measurement Programs Dolores Yanagihara joined experts from Optum and CalOptima to explore real-world case studies across commercial, Medicare Advantage, and Medicaid markets. The session offered insightful perspectives on how at-risk models enable positive results, as well as policy implications of these trends.
