On November 6, IHA’s AMP Program Operations Team held a Provider Organization Participation Confirmation (PCON) Process webinar for Measurement Year 2024. During the webinar, we walked through all the information needed to successfully complete the process, which runs from November 6 — November 27, 2024, for provider organizations (POs).
We ask POs to complete the process on the PCON platform.
If you need to add, edit, or remove users currently displayed on your organization’s PCON platform page, please complete the Contacts Change Request Form. Please send any questions related to Participation Confirmation to ampparticipation@iha.org.
