On November 6, IHA’s AMP Program Operations Team held a Provider Organization Participation Confirmation Process webinar for Measurement Year 2025.
During the webinar, IHA walked through all the information needed to successfully complete the process, which runs from November 6 – December 1, 2025, for provider organizations (POs). We ask POs to complete the process on the AMP Portal (formerly known as PCON Platform) and send any questions related to Participation Confirmation to ampparticipation@iha.org.
If you need to add, edit, or remove users currently displayed on your organization’s AMP Portal Contacts page, please complete the Contacts Change Request Form. Please send any questions related to Participation Confirmation to ampparticipation@iha.org.
