Andrea drives business development initiatives for the Symphony Provider Directory. She is responsible for client contracting; prospecting, sales, and pipeline management; product capability assessments; and partnering with technology vendors on custom solutions.
Andrea brings over two decades of experience in business analysis, process optimization, and program management, with a strong focus on healthcare. She has a proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and driving enterprise-wide initiatives for health plans and provider organizations. Since Symphony’s inception, Andrea has contributed in consulting roles, including business development, to advance the program’s success. Her experience includes software implementations, operational process improvements, compliance with regulatory mandates, and business process outsourcing. With a strong IT background, Andrea has a professional interest in using technology to simplify or automate operational processes. Recent work includes identifying high-value and safe use cases for AI technology in healthcare and business. She also has a passion for learning. In a prior role at Freed Associates, she served as Professional Development Leader, helping the organization identify courses, programs, and learning platforms to support employee development. Andrea is a certified Lean Six Sigma Professional and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in eBusiness from Bellevue University.
