Angela Czesnakowicz, MPH
Director, Program Operations
As Director of Program Operations for IHA, Angela has deep experience in healthcare management and performance measurement, providing leadership in project management, data collection, quality assurance, and analysis. Angela leads the Data Operations team and is responsible for measurement results used for public reporting to the Office of the Patient Advocate, incentive payments to program participants, and Excellence in Healthcare awards.
Driven by a desire to measure healthcare value accurately and fairly, she takes pride in establishing the right quality assurance processes as well as ensuring the successful initiation, planning, design, execution, monitoring, and delivery of performance measurement products. Angela has been recognized for her extraordinary commitment to supporting stakeholders in improving quality and completeness of data.
Angela received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from the University of California, Irvine, and a Master of Public Health, Health Policy and Management, from the University of California, Berkeley. She served as a Graduate Student Researcher at the UC Berkeley Petris Center, generating insights from pay-for-performance programs across the globe, and was a Policy Fellow for the United Way of the Bay Area.
