General Manager, Symphony
Jacqui is an accomplished healthcare executive with more than 16 years of proven leadership experience and an established track record in driving operations. She joined IHA in December 2018 and currently leads IHA’s Symphony Provider Directory initiative, working with health plans and health care providers in California to build a single platform to streamline provider data management.
Prior to her role as General Manager for Symphony, Jacqui was the Vice President of Client Operations, leading both the Client Success and Data Operations teams and was responsible for the overall execution of all the client operations function. This included the deployment of the organization’s Voice of the Client program, measuring the client experience and insights.
Prior to IHA, Jacqui was the Leader of Client Experience, Advocacy, and Thought Leadership at NextGen Healthcare, providing strategic direction to client programs throughout the organization, managing complex client and vendor relationships, while working cross-functionally to ensure effective outcomes and successes for clients. Prior to joining NextGen Healthcare, Jacqui worked with Ernst and Young, a global services firm, and was the West Region’s Service Quality leader.
