VP, Client Operations
Jacqui is an accomplished healthcare executive with more than 16 years of proven leadership experience and an established track record in driving operations. She joined IHA in December 2018 and leads IHA’s Client Operations team, providing oversight and strategic direction for the operational aspects of both the Symphony and AMP programs, including implementation, client relationship management, analysis, and deliverables.
As Vice President of Client Operations, Jacqui leads both the Client Success and Data Operations teams and is responsible for the overall execution of all the client operations function. She is also responsible for the deployment of the organization’s Voice of the Client program, measuring the client experience and insights.
Prior to this, Jacqui was the Leader of Client Experience, Advocacy, and Thought Leadership at NextGen Healthcare, providing strategic direction to client programs throughout the organization, managing complex client and vendor relationships, while working cross-functionally to ensure effective outcomes and successes for clients. Prior to joining NextGen Healthcare, Jacqui worked with Ernst and Young, a global services firm, and was the West Region’s Service Quality leader.
