Jen Kellar, MBA
VP, Finance & Administration
In her role at IHA, Jen leads all finance activities and office administration. She previously served as IHA’s operations director, overseeing finance, human resources, external communications, and information technology.
Jen has a strong background in association operations, with more than 15 years of experience in finance, human resources, administration, and marketing and communications. Before joining IHA, Jen worked for the Uniform and Textile Service Association, a Washington, D.C.-based international trade association. During her time at the association, she managed conferences and conventions, developed marketing materials, and wrote member communications. Previously, she worked for Pacific Gas and Electric Company’s Learning Services Department.
Jen earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in English from the University of California, Los Angeles, and a Master of Business Administration from St. Mary’s College of California.
