Rachel Liu

Rachel manages the Symphony Provider Directory Program Management team. In her role, she is responsible for driving cross-functional collaboration and delivery, risk mitigation, and process improvement to reach program goals. Before moving into program management, Rachel led the launch of the Symphony Provider Directory and IHA’s marketing, outreach, and education efforts to broaden awareness of the platform among health plans, provider organizations, and other industry stakeholders in California.

Prior to joining IHA, Rachel managed marketing communications and strategy in the genomics and biotech sector. In previous roles, she handled marketing campaigns, conferences and events, and marketing operations in the health and technology industries. She holds a special interest in the intersection of health and technology.

Rachel earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in International Relations and a minor in English from the University of California, Davis.
