Sharing provider performance results
IHA partners with the California Office of the Patient Advocate (OPA) to publicly report AMP Commercial HMO and Medicare Advantage performance results each year. The report cards highlight overall clinical quality star ratings and individual quality results. The Commercial report card also includes total cost of care star ratings.
Consumers can use the report cards to compare provider performance within their area. Armed with this information, they can make informed decisions when choosing a medical group.
